Electronics Return and Exchange Policy

1. Scope and Eligibility

You may apply for a return or exchange under this policy under the following circumstances:

1. Return/Exchange Due to Quality Issues:
· The product has a performance failure, hardware damage, abnormal screen display, or functional defects that severely deviate from the official description upon receipt.
· You must provide clear photos or videos as evidence.
2. Return/Exchange for Incorrect/Missing Items:
· The product model, specifications, color, etc., received do not match the order, or necessary accessories are missing.
3. 7-Day No-Reason Return (Applicable within Mainland China):
· According to relevant regulations, within 7 days of receiving the product, you may apply for a no-reason return provided the product is in pristine, unused, and unactivated condition.
· “Product in Pristine Condition” specifically means:
· The product itself, its original manufacturer’s packaging, all included accessories (e.g., charger, cable, earphones, manuals, warranty card, etc.), and free gifts are complete.
· The product shows no signs of scratches, damage, bends, or wear.
· Protective films and labels are not removed or replaced.
· For devices like phones, tablets, computers, smartwatches: The device has not been powered on and activated, no SIM card has been inserted, no personal account has been linked (e.g., Apple ID, Huawei ID, etc.), and no third-party software has been installed or personal data stored.
· For personal audio devices like earphones, due to hygiene reasons, no-reason returns are only accepted if the inner packaging (e.g., the individual seal for eartips) remains unopened.

2. Special Cases Not Eligible for No-Reason Returns

Beyond legally specified special goods, and due to the nature of electronics, the following situations typically do not qualify or have restricted eligibility for no-reason returns:

· Devices that have been activated, linked, or logged into a personal account.
· Products onto which personal data or software has been downloaded, installed, or retained.
· Any issues arising from abnormal use, accidents, disassembly, repair, or human-induced damage.
· Products with unidentifiable serial numbers or other identifiers, or where these do not match the purchase record.
· Products beyond the 7-day no-reason return period are generally not eligible for return unless a quality issue exists.

3. Return/Exchange Process

1. Contact Customer Service: Please first contact our after-sales team via [customer service email / live chat / phone], providing your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Issue Verification: Our engineers or customer service will guide you through simple troubleshooting or request relevant proof (e.g., photos, videos).
3. Return for Inspection: If further inspection is needed, we will provide you with a pre-authorized return address and shipping instructions. You must:
· Back up and completely erase all personal data from the device. We are not responsible for any data loss during the return process.
· Return the main unit, all accessories, free gifts, and proof of purchase using the original packaging or packaging with sufficient protection.
· We recommend using a traceable shipping service and keeping the tracking number.
4. Inspection and Resolution:
· We will complete the inspection within 3-7 business days of receiving the item.
· If a quality issue is confirmed: We will immediately arrange a free exchange or return/refund, and cover the shipping costs both ways.
· If a non-quality issue / no-reason return is confirmed: If the product meets the “pristine condition” standard, we will process a refund (deducting the original outbound shipping cost, if applicable) or an exchange per your request (you will be responsible for two-way shipping costs and any price difference).
· If the product does not meet conditions: We will return the product at your cost and explain the specific reason(s).

4. Warranty Terms

· All products are covered by the statutory “Three Guarantees” (Repair, Replacement, Return) service.
· Products typically come with a [One-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty, e.g., provided by the brand], effective from the date of receipt. The specific warranty coverage is subject to the product manual or the brand’s official policy.
· Warranty service is usually provided by Brand-Authorized Service Centers. We will provide you with the necessary warranty guidance and assistance.

· Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after we confirm receipt and successful inspection of the returned item.
· The refund amount will be the actual price paid for the product, excluding the original outbound shipping cost (if applicable).
